The giveaway is organized by the Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Klassischen Musik gemeinnützige GmbH, Stralauer Allee 1, 10245 Berlin.
Participation is open exclusively to natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
The giveaway takes place on Instagram. Prizes include 2×2 tickets for the OPUS KLASSIK Gala 2024 and 3×2 CDs. The deadline for participation is October 11 at 11:59 p.m.
Comments submitted after the deadline will not be considered – regardless of the reason for the delay.
The winners will be notified by OPUS KLASSIK via direct message on Instagram on October 12. If no response is received within 48 hours, the right to the prize will be forfeited and the prize may be reassigned.
A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded. An attempt to resell the prize may lead to disqualification.
Employees of OPUS KLASSIK are excluded from participation.
Personal data of participants will be used exclusively for the execution of the giveaway and only shared with third parties involved in the process. All personal data will be deleted no later than three months after the winners have been determined. Participants who did not win will not be notified.
In the event of good cause (e.g., violation of the terms, attempted manipulation), OPUS KLASSIK reserves the right to exclude participants with immediate effect. In such cases, prizes already awarded may also be revoked retroactively.
Legal recourse is excluded.
