Our website is hosted by Webflow (Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). 5. Cookie Manager

We use a cookie manager to handle your consent preferences. On your first visit, a cookie is set to store your preferences. Details about the type, scope, and duration of cookies can be viewed and managed at any time via the integrated CookieScript tool. You can also withdraw or change your consent there.

6. Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow analysis of your usage behavior. The data collected may be transferred to the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is active on this website, so your IP address is shortened before transmission. Google processes the data on our behalf.

a) When visiting the website

c) Submission forms via form.app

We use form.app (Jotform Inc., USA) for submissions to the OPUS Klassik music award. This may involve processing names, email addresses, contact details, and uploaded files. Data processing is solely for participation processing.

8. Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)

Facebook

We operate a business page on Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). When visiting this page, personal data may be collected (e.g. IP address, interactions). The processing is carried out jointly with Meta. A corresponding agreement for joint responsibility has been concluded.
