Our website is hosted by Webflow (Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). Webflow processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or, if consent is given, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. Webflow is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

To enable technical functions (e.g., the slider plugin Swiper.js), we load external scripts via the CDN jsDelivr. Your IP address is transmitted to jsDelivr.

5. Cookie Manager

We use a cookie manager to manage your cookie consent. Upon your first visit, a cookie is set to store your preferences. Detailed information on the type, scope, and duration of the cookies used can be viewed and managed at any time via the integrated CookieScript tool. You can also withdraw or change your consent there.

6. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Type and Purpose of Use

a) When visiting the website

Collected data: IP address, date/time, name of accessed file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system.
Purpose: technical functionality, security, analysis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

b) Newsletter via Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) to send our newsletter. Your e-mail address and any additional voluntary information are processed. Mailchimp uses tracking pixels to analyze open and click rates. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

c) Submission forms via form.app

For submitting entries to the OPUS Klassik music award, we use forms from form.app (Jotform Inc., USA). Name, e-mail, contact details, and uploaded files may be processed. Data is used solely to conduct the selection process.

7. Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)

Facebook

We operate a Facebook page (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Personal data may be collected (e.g., IP address, interactions). Processing is conducted jointly with Meta. A joint controllership agreement has been concluded.
